The role of IT Support Specialist involves being part of the client's IT service desk, receiving, handling, resolving, and documenting various IT issues from the organization's users. For this, you need a genuine interest in IT and the ability to support users via phone. You will work according to established processes and routines, and it is important that you are meticulous in your work. As a consultant, you represent and are the face of both Nexer and the client. About the role

As a consultant in IT support for the current client in Borås, you work broadly within IT and user support. There is a strong focus on customer service and interaction, as well as documenting and updating the knowledge base. You are expected to gather good information and troubleshoot as quickly as possible to resolve the user's issues. The role also includes proposing improvements and keeping shared information up to date.

We would like you to

• Have experience in customer service or previous work in IT support
• Have a genuine interest in IT (perhaps you built your first PC before you learned to walk?)
• Be motivated by solving problems and leaving the user with a smile on their face
• Enjoy interacting with people and providing support in a pedagogical manner
• Be structured and meticulous as a person
• Have fluent Swedish skills in both speech and writing

It is an advantage if you have worked in a case management system and are familiar with Microsoft Office.
