Trinax Group is now looking for a Senior Designer who wants to help create the market's best user experiences. The group consists of several software companies that together offer some of the market's most comprehensive digital solutions for the trades industry – from time and project management to logbooks, vehicle, and asset tracking. Our products are used daily by thousands of companies in Sweden, Finland, and Norway to save time, increase profitability, and simplify the workday.

Here, you will become an integral part of product development and work closely with product owners, developers, and the business side to create solutions that are as thoughtful as they are stylish.

The role in brief

You will become a key figure in the development of our products and be responsible for ensuring the user experience maintains the absolute highest level.

The role involves, among other things:

• Designing new features and user flows in Figma.
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and finished interfaces.
• Ensuring consistent design across our products and our design system.
• Collaborating closely with frontend developers and contributing with HTML and CSS when needed.
• Challenging existing solutions and continuously improving the user experience through user insights and testing.
• Helping shape the long-term design strategy for the entire group.

We believe you have

• Several years of experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer.
• Very good knowledge of Figma and modern design processes.
• A strong sense for user experience, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Very good knowledge of HTML and CSS, as well as an understanding of modern frontend.
• Experience with design systems and component-based design.
• The ability to translate complex needs into simple, intuitive, and visually appealing solutions.
• Experience with version control (git).
• Basic knowledge of PHP is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Vue is a plus.
