We are looking on behalf of our client for an independent and experienced ServiceNow technician with a focus on automation, workflows, and process development. You will work on further developing, optimizing, and quality-assuring automated solutions in a complex IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain solutions in ServiceNow
• Create and further develop automated flows and workflows
• Work with process automation within ITSM and related IT processes
• Identify areas for improvement and propose efficient automation solutions
• Work with integrations, scripts, and technical dependencies
• Document solutions and collaborate with technical teams and the business

We are looking for someone who has

• Documented experience with ServiceNow
• Practical experience with automation, workflows, and process flows
• Good technical understanding of ITSM processes
• Experience with requirements gathering, configuration, and technical documentation
• Accustomed to complex IT environments
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English

Meritorious Qualifications

Experience with Power Automate, Power Platform, ServiceNow Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, IntegrationHub, API/REST integrations, and JavaScript, as well as relevant ServiceNow certifications.
