Are you our next IT Support Technician? We are looking for you who have several years of experience in IT support and infrastructure and who want to take the next step in your career. The assignment is as a consultant for our client in Gothenburg, where you will become an important part of a team that works close to the business and contributes to stable and efficient IT operations.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you work with 1st and 2nd line support, handling and resolving cases in the case management system. You work independently with incoming requests and incidents, ensuring that cases are handled efficiently and with high quality.

You will among other things:

• Troubleshoot and solve problems within 1st and 2nd line support
• Handle service requests, incidents, and problem cases according to ITIL processes
• Work in case management systems and document cases
• Collaborate with IT colleagues and suppliers in both local and global environments
• Inform your nearest manager of status and actions taken

We would like you to have

• At least 3 years of experience working in a global IT environment with central infrastructure
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID
• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11
• Experience with Windows Server 2019/2022/2025
• Experience with Microsoft Teams and Intune
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Exchange
• Experience with VMware
• Experience with Windows Server-based networks
• Experience with case management systems
• Good understanding of the ITIL framework
• Fluent skills in Swedish and English, as both languages are used daily in the work

Meritorious

• Experience working in hosted or central IT environments
• Experience working in larger global organizations
• Knowledge of IT operations in complex infrastructure environments
• Experience with regional travel for work
