Your responsibilities

In this role, you will work with the development, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for creating and further developing automated flows and workflows, as well as contributing to streamlining IT processes through smart automation solutions.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• Develop, configure, and maintain functionality in ServiceNow
• Create and further develop automated flows and workflows
• Work on process automation related to ITSM and adjacent IT processes
• Identify areas for improvement and suggest technical automation solutions
• Work with integrations, scripts, rules, and technical dependencies within ServiceNow
• Collaborate with technical teams, the business, and the maintenance organization
• Document solutions, working methods, and technical implementations
• Contribute to increased quality, stability, and efficiency in the platform

We would like you to have

• At least 3 years of work experience in development and configuration in ServiceNow
• Several years of practical experience with automation, workflows, or process flows in ServiceNow
• A good understanding of ITSM processes
• Experience with technical documentation
• Used to working structuredly with requirements, configuration, and technical solutions
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious if you have experience with:

• Microsoft Power Automate
• Microsoft Power Platform
• ServiceNow Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, or equivalent
• IntegrationHub
• API, REST, or other system integrations
• JavaScript or other scripting
• Certifications within ServiceNow
• Work in larger enterprise environments
