On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for an AI Developer/AI Engineer with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, who thrives in complex environments. The ideal candidate will contribute high levels of independence, adaptability, and teamwork, while showing a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving meaningful change.

Job Description

• Design, build, and deploy AI systems.
• Finetune and optimize ML models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Implement and monitor ML models, ensuring reliability and responsible AI.
• Provide business consulting by translating business needs into solution designs.

Requirements

• Practical experience with AI technology, both on-premises and cloud-based.
• Experience designing, building, and deploying AI systems.
• 3–5 years of practical experience in professional software development.
• Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with Azure.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure.
• Agile and Secure Ways of Working.
• Stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to adapt communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MCP server/client.
• Background in the public sector, regulated industries, or security-sensitive environments.
• Experience implementing ML models.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
