About the Role

Do you want to be part of the next data-driven development phase for the real estate market? At Maxitech, we have been entrusted to assist our client with three new roles aimed at optimizing operations, becoming more cost-effective, and transforming data into insights. If you want to be part of this development journey where you are given the mandate to change and operate within an entrepreneurial environment with short decision-making paths – read on!

Our Client

One of the most dynamic real estate players in the Nordics, with operations across several European markets and a business model that combines long-term ownership with a high pace of change. Here, there is a clear entrepreneurial drive, short decision-making paths, and a culture where ideas are allowed to flourish and can be realized. At the same time, the organization is characterized by a long-term perspective where sustainable investments and development are in focus. It is an environment where business, technology, and development meet, and where you have the opportunity to influence the direction forward.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and develop the target architecture for the system and application landscape
  • Translate business needs into technical guidelines and decisions
  • Act as technical support in larger initiatives and help the organization make the right decisions
  • Work closely with teams and stakeholders to ensure that the architecture works in practice
  • Actively contribute to developing working methods and creating sustainable long-term solutions

Your Profile

As a person, you have the ability to make the complex understandable and create clarity. We see that you move naturally between business and technology and that you want to understand underlying factors and not just the solution. You combine a strategic perspective with an “operational” mindset to help the organization move forward. Furthermore, you are a collaborative person who can easily build trust and actively contributes to promoting a pioneering spirit.

We believe you have:

  • A background in architecture as an enterprise architect, solution architect, or similar, and are used to working in environments where the whole and direction are crucial
  • Experience in shaping target architecture and understand how systems, data, and integrations connect in practice
  • Knowledge of modern architectural patterns such as APIs and event-driven flows and have a solid technical foundation
  • Experience with platforms and solutions in modern environments, preferably in the cloud
  • The ability to translate business needs into sustainable technical solutions
  • Previously worked in a role where you have guided and developed teams and working methods
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written forms

It is an advantage if you have experience in the real estate industry or in a transformation journey, for example, within cloud.
