IT Project Manager at CANEA

At CANEA, you won’t get a typical project manager job. You will work with our own IT system in a team that genuinely supports each other, and your base will be at our office by Stenpiren, not out at the client’s site. You will meet clients when it really counts, in workshops, kick-offs, and deliveries, and the rest of the time you will work closely with your team.

We are looking for an IT Project Manager who wants to take real responsibility. You will drive implementations of CANEA ONE – from kickoff to go-live – with the support of colleagues who are just as engaged as you are.

As an IT Project Manager, you will have overall responsibility for independently driving system implementations at clients, from new implementations to further development of existing solutions. Projects vary in size and complexity, and you will work closely in project teams with engaged colleagues in an open and collaborative environment.

Examples of Responsibilities:

• Lead and be responsible for the implementation of CANEA ONE in client projects.
• You will manage several parallel projects of different types and sizes, from smaller adaptations to complex system implementations at large organizations, both in Sweden and internationally.
• Work with, and sometimes be responsible for, product-related services such as training and system configuration.
• Further develop and maintain services related to CANEA's products and their implementation.
• Develop and improve processes and methods related to the use and introduction of CANEA's products.
• Ensure quality and conduct validation in various client assignments.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and increased customer value in ongoing projects.

We are looking for someone with several years of experience leading IT projects towards clients, a relevant education with technical system understanding, and knowledge of project methodology and the entire delivery chain – from the first client contact to delivery. You are used to working both independently and closely with others.

As a person, you are service-oriented and customer-focused, enjoy collaborating with both colleagues and clients, and are eager to contribute to the team by supporting others.

• 5-10 years of experience as a project manager in IT.
• A degree in a relevant field from a university or college.
• Driver's license (B) as the role involves travel to clients.
• Since the position involves contacts both nationally and internationally, you need to have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
