In this role, you will have the opportunity to step into a central function where you work closely with users at one of our clients! You will be the one ensuring that technology runs smoothly in their daily work and that the IT environment maintains high quality!

About the role

In this role, you will work with both first-line and second-line support and act as a reliable contact point for users in their daily IT environment. You will handle inquiries related to everything from Windows computers and iOS-based mobile phones to printers, meeting room technology, and video conferencing systems.

The work is both practical and varied, where you take responsibility for the entire chain: installation of new equipment, configuration according to the needs of the business, thorough troubleshooting, and ongoing updates to ensure a stable IT environment.

In addition, you will also handle the administration of user accounts, permissions, and system-related settings, which gives you a broad role that combines technical competence with structure and service. Here, you will be an important resource ensuring that users can work efficiently - every day!

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 5 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a larger or public organization
• Very good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
• Experience with iOS devices, printers, and video conferencing systems
• Experience in hardware management and client administration
• The ability to work in a structured, service-oriented, and independent manner
