Job Description

We are now looking for a structured and service-oriented IT Support Technician for an assignment with one of our clients in the industrial sector. In this role, you will be an important part of their support function and support a production-oriented environment where stable IT operations are crucial.

You will handle daily incidents, monitor critical systems, and contribute to developing workflows and routines. You will thrive here if you enjoy order, analysis, and solving problems that directly impact the company's production and flows.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Administer, follow up, and document cases in the client's case management system.
  • Coordinate and resolve incidents - both independently and together with your colleagues.
  • Contribute to effective support flows by following up and driving incidents forward.
  • Be responsible for monitoring servers, systems, and integrations in the client's environment.
  • Quickly handle alarms according to routine to minimize impact on industrial operations.
  • Work on improvements in monitoring, alarm rules, and maintenance processes.
  • Support the client's factory-based onsite support as needed.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • 1-3 years of experience as an IT Support Technician or similar.
  • Knowledge of case management systems.
  • Overall knowledge of computers, peripherals, operating systems, networks, and information security.
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Driving license B.
