About the role

As our IT technician, you will be the one who holds our internal technology delivery together. You ensure that colleagues have the right tools, the right systems, and the right conditions to succeed.

This is a role for you who enjoy solving problems hands-on, but also building structures, routines, and smart processes that make everyday life easier for everyone.

You will work closely with both the business and our suppliers – and you will have great scope to influence how our IT environment develops going forward.

Who are you?

We believe you are a service-oriented person who loves to help others and has a natural drive to create order and clarity in systems and routines.

You are self-driven, solution-oriented, and thrive in a role where you can both solve problems and build new things. You are confident in your technical skills and can easily explain technology in an understandable way.

Your main tasks

• Ensure the operation and maintenance of computers, networks, accounts, and cloud services

• Manage onboarding and offboarding

• Actively work with IT security and compliance (backup, MFA, access control, etc.)

• Collaborate with suppliers on purchases, contracts, and licenses

• Identify and drive improvements and automation in our IT processes

• Manage assets (clients, mobile phones, licenses, etc.)

• Administer user accounts, rights, and licenses in various systems

• Automate and streamline processes using tools or scripts

• Stay updated on new solutions, trends, and tools

Experience we would like you to have

• 3+ years of experience in IT support, operations, or system administration

• 3+ years of experience in creating processes and routines for IT organizations

• Good understanding of cloud-based tools (Microsoft 365, Azure)

• Experience in asset management (PCs, mobile phones)

• Good understanding of IT security and access management (MFA, SSO, etc.)

• Basic networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, IP configurations)

• Experience in endpoint management (e.g., Intune)

• Ability to explain technology in a simple and clear way

• Experience supporting a larger organization (300+ users)
