You will support the establishment and execution of a cybersecurity compliance program within a large global enterprise. The assignment sits in a Digital Technology & Operations environment and focuses on turning regulatory requirements into clear implementation initiatives across technology, cybersecurity, and business functions.

In this role, you will help move the organization from regulatory interpretation to concrete implementation and remediation. You will work in a complex environment with many stakeholders, where your ability to create structure, build alignment, and drive progress will be central to success.

• Lead and drive cross-functional initiatives related to cybersecurity regulatory requirements, including NIS2, CRA, and DORA.
• Translate regulatory requirements into structured implementation plans, actionable initiatives, and remediation activities.
• Identify regulatory gaps and help shape roadmaps and prioritized action plans.
• Coordinate execution across stakeholders in technology, cybersecurity, risk, legal, and business teams.
• Facilitate working sessions to create alignment, clarify ownership, and support decision-making.
• Track progress, risks, and dependencies, and raise issues when needed.
• Contribute to governance and reporting by preparing status updates and decision material for senior stakeholders.
• Support the continued structuring and operationalization of the cybersecurity compliance program.

• You have proven experience implementing cybersecurity or technology regulatory requirements in large organizations.
• You have strong experience driving complex cross-functional initiatives in a corporate environment.
• You can translate regulatory expectations into practical and implementable actions.
• You are comfortable working across technology, cybersecurity, risk, legal, and business stakeholders.
• You have strong communication, facilitation, and coordination skills.
• You work independently, take ownership, and drive progress proactively in a complex organization.
• You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and influencing stakeholders to move initiatives forward.
