We have offices in Gothenburg and Stockholm and are now looking for a proactive and creative IT Support Technician in Gothenburg with broad technical skills and a sense of service.

As an IT Support Technician, you are our primary contact point for the company's IT-related issues. You assist colleagues in solving technical problems, install and maintain IT equipment, and ensure that our IT systems run smoothly in everyday life.

In addition to the above, your daily tasks will include:

• Providing support to users physically in the office, or via phone, email, and ticketing system

• Troubleshooting issues with computers, printers, networks, and software

• Installing and configuring computers, mobile phones, and peripherals

• Managing the purchase of new equipment

• Managing user accounts and permissions

• Onboarding new employees in our IT environments

• Documenting cases and solutions in the ticketing system

You are expected to take responsibility for:

• Ensuring quick and professional handling of support cases

• Maintaining good service towards the company's users

• Following the company's IT security procedures

• Contributing to the improvement of our support processes

Is this you?

• High school/post-secondary education in IT or equivalent

• Knowledge of administration of:

  • Mac (primarily) and Windows environments

  • Microsoft 365

  • Google Workspace

• Experience in customer service or support

• Excellent technical understanding

• Good communication skills in Swedish and English

As a person, you are positive, curious, and solution-oriented, with a passion for service and a talent for collaborating and building relationships. You have a well-developed ability to communicate, plan, and structure tasks, as well as ensure the quality of your deliveries.

About the position:

• Location: Gothenburg

• Scope: 100%, 1-year temporary position with the possibility of extension

• Start date: No later than September 1, 2026
