As a first-line IT support technician, you are the first contact when customers need technical assistance! You work closely with the business and ensure that everyday operations run smoothly by solving problems, answering questions, and guiding users through their digital challenges!

Your Responsibilities

Provide technical support to users via phone, chat, email, and remote assistance
Troubleshoot computers, peripherals, systems, and user-related issues
Manage accounts, permissions, and other cases in the ticketing system
Install and configure software, clients, and standard applications
Perform administration in Microsoft 365 and other internal systems
Guide users in digital tools and provide pedagogical support

We are looking for someone who has:

1-2 years of experience as an IT support technician or similar
Knowledge of ticketing systems
General knowledge of computers and peripherals
Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
