As an IT Support Technician, you will work closely with the business and be responsible for ensuring a stable and efficient IT environment. You are an important part of the support function and assist users both on-site and via the ticket management system.

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, self-driven, flexible, pedagogical, and communicative. You have a structured approach to work and enjoy solving problems in a varied IT environment.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting and support of PC clients and IT equipment

  • Handling of tickets via Service Desk / ticket management system

  • Application distribution and software installation

  • Access administration in Active Directory

  • Basic network and infrastructure-related troubleshooting

  • Support for Microsoft 365 and Windows environments

  • Documentation and follow-up of tickets

  • Contribute to the improvement of routines and working methods

Qualifications

  • Experience with MS Windows 10/11

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 (O365)

  • Knowledge of Active Directory and access administration

  • Experience with SCCM and/or similar tools

  • Experience with ticket management in systems such as ServiceNow

  • Driver's license (B)

  • Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
