About the Job

The role of Systems Specialist involves the following daily routines within the monitoring platform:

• Configure and further develop monitoring, alerts, and event management
• Analyze and troubleshoot using monitoring data
• Manage and further develop monitoring agents and data collection
• Automate recurring tasks
• Contribute to the development of standardized and orderable monitoring services

About You

We are looking for someone with a university degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience that we consider comparable. We also require at least three years of experience working with monitoring tools and server operating systems such as Windows and/or Linux (Red Hat/Ubuntu). It is also a requirement that you have previously worked with scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python. You must speak and write both Swedish and English fluently.

It is an advantage if you have previously worked with:

• SCOM
• MS SQL
• Prometheus, Grafana
• Synthetic Monitoring
• Ansible and other IaC tools
• Git
• CI/CD pipelines
• OpenShift
• ServiceNow
• ITIL

Other Information

The work is primarily done on weekdays during office hours, but evening and weekend work as well as on-call duty may occur as needed.

Intraservice operates socially critical activities and therefore places high demands on our employees' security and confidentiality awareness. The position is security-classified in accordance with the Security Protection Act (2018:585). This presupposes Swedish citizenship and approved security clearance, which includes, among other things, registry checks via SÄPO (Swedish Security Service) as well as approved alcohol and drug tests.
