As an Application Consultant:

You will become a key player in our implementation and improvement projects. Working closely with the client's operations, you will be responsible for understanding needs, translating them into smart system solutions, and ensuring that the business system truly makes a difference in daily operations.

You will navigate the entire project journey, from analysis and design to configuration, training, and further development. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues in project management, development, and consulting, driving projects forward with a focus on quality and business value.

A typical week? A dynamic mix of new implementations, further development of existing solutions, and dialogue with customers who want to take the next step in their digital journey. And when something needs clarification, you take the initiative directly. Because you know that clear communication is crucial.

Selected Responsibilities:

• Map the client's business processes and translate them into efficient system solutions
• Configure the business system – templates, settings, and workflows
• Train end-users, lead workshops, and provide ongoing support
• Participate in the entire project flow from feasibility study to go-live

What We Are Looking For:

• Approximately 5 years of experience as an application consultant/business systems consultant within ERP
• Accustomed to working in a consultative manner and driving client dialogues
• Ability to see the big picture, streamline processes, and create business value
• Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
• Swedish and English, spoken and written
