About the position
This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting until March 31, 2026. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for the company. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment.
The assignment period will be a mutual trial period where you, as a consultant, have the same security as an employee. Responsibilities
As a customer service representative, you will be an important part of an engaged team where collaboration and pace go hand in hand. You will be the first point of contact for customers and handle their inquiries via phone and email, averaging 7-12 calls per day. You ensure that each case is registered and updated correctly in the systems and that the customer always receives clear and up-to-date information. To resolve cases quickly and efficiently, you work closely with internal functions such as dispatch and diagnostics. Your efforts make a difference; through professional service and quick solutions, you contribute to creating a customer experience that is truly appreciated.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, with the possibility of working remotely 0-2 days per week in the future.

Education, experience, and personal qualities
- Some years of experience in customer service
- A keen interest in IT and/or technology is preferred
- Good system skills and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new systems
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

At the same time, you have a natural sense of service and enjoy helping others. You are structured and meticulous, with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously without losing focus. Your communication is clear and professional, both in speech and writing, and you build trust with customers. You are solution-oriented and take the initiative to find the best possible solution. Collaboration is important to you; you contribute to a positive team climate and support your colleagues. Additionally, you have patience and can remain calm even in more challenging situations.
