PeopleProvide is looking for a Client & People Partner – a hybrid role in many ways where you will drive both sales, consulting deliveries, and the development of our HR services, as well as work both independently and with a virtual team that meets physically a few times a month. With us, you will work closely with both clients and consultants while contributing to PeopleProvide's growth journey and brand.
About the role
This is a broad and important role with significant influence over structure, culture, and growth. You will switch between:
- Building customer relationships and creating business
- Project managing placements and consultant journeys as well as improving customer experience
- Leading and quality assuring HR deliveries and consulting assignments
- Communicating and engaging through digital channels and other successful alternative channels such as events, webinars, etc.
You will be an important link between the client, consultant, and PeopleProvide – and part of a currently small and partially hybrid team that works closely with both the CEO, marketing, and our partner consultants.
Your main tasks:
Business Development & Sales
- Initiate dialogues with potential and existing clients
- Identify needs and business opportunities and package solutions
- Contribute to developing proposals, project plans, and pitch materials
- Create growth through increased sales of PeopleProvide's offerings
HR & Delivery
- Lead and quality assure deliveries within our three offerings: HR Interim, HR Business Support, and HR Recruitment
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and successful consulting assignments
- Be responsible for onboarding, follow-up, and offboarding of our partner consultants and upcoming provider colleagues
- Develop and streamline internal processes and digital tools and be responsible for our recruitment system, and later delegate the responsibility to a future colleague
- Actively contribute to internal change initiatives and growth journeys
Consultant Relationships & Communication
- Maintain ongoing contact with our consultant network and build long-term relationships
- Ensure that our partner consultants have an engaging and professional consulting journey
- Improve current employer branding content and activities to attract and retain consultants
- Be responsible for the continued improvement of our HR portal and direct client dialogues with our HR Business Support clients.
- Produce engaging communication for social media – both images, text, and video (together with a marketing colleague)
- Collaborate with marketing on events, content, and digital presence
- Initiate client events for future client dialogues and project manage these as part of our brand.
Your profile
You have a genuine interest in business and an eye for how HR can positively impact organizations with HR expertise. You are a natural leader, have an inner drive, and are reliable in delivery. As a person, you are confident, structured, and have an easy time building trust.
We believe you have:
- Experience and genuine interest in service sales and client dialogues
- Several years of experience in HR work or HR-related roles such as line manager or similar
- Previous experience in consulting placements and project management
- Experience working closely with marketing, social media, and employer branding
- Good system proficiency and curiosity about digital tools
- A positive drive and the ability to make things happen
Meritorious:
- Experience from staffing, consulting firms, or growth environments
- Experience in change management and recognized sales and/or HR methods
- Interest in competence development, culture, and leadership
