Nordisk Kompetens is a growing transition provider. We now need to strengthen our expertise throughout Sweden with some experienced coaches in the RUSTA OCH MATCHA service and other services. With local anchoring!

Nordisk Kompetens works with the Swedish Public Employment Service RUSTA OCH MATCHA, STOM, and transition for the Trygghetsstiftelsen TSn, Trygghetsfonden TSL, Sobona (formerly KFS), TRS, TRR.

Nordisk Kompetens also works with Staffing and Recruitment.

We are triple certified by Almega in transition, staffing, recruitment, and use tools such as JTI, Matrigma, Ascend, MAPX, MAP, Match V, MINT.

What will your tasks be?

In the role of career coach, you will work consultatively to coach, support, and guide individuals in various change and transition issues. Your assignment primarily targets individuals but can also be for organizations, groups, and managers. The position involves coaching the participants you are responsible for to new employment. 90% of our participants find new employment significantly faster than the maximum time in the program. We are looking for you who are an experienced coach and can start shortly, with our RUSTA OCH MATCHA service in your own company. You also have good experience in coaching and supporting collective workers and/or employees. As a self-employed person/subcontractor, you must hold an F-tax certificate.
