Stureplansgruppen has a turnover of 1.6 billion SEK and operates in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Åre, and Visby.

We are now expanding our finance department and are looking for a driven and engaged team leader.

As a team leader, you will have your own company responsibility as well as an overall responsibility for your team, which you support in their daily work and ensure quality and follow up on the accounting work, from ongoing bookkeeping to monthly and annual financial statements, including annual reports. You will be proactive in developing, improving, and streamlining our processes and workflows. You will work collaboratively, follow up on thoughts and ideas, and drive the plan forward with determination. At Stureplansgruppen, you will work in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced company in growth. Our office is centrally located in Stockholm, and you will report to the Accounting Manager.

Your profile and background
We are looking for someone with several years of experience in accounting or auditing, with very good knowledge in the field, and who can independently handle all parts of the finance function, such as monthly and annual financial statements, analysis, and result reporting. You may currently have a similar coaching role or be ready to take the next step in your career. We see that you have experience from the hospitality industry, such as hotels and restaurants, with a strong understanding of our business. You are accustomed to a fast-paced environment that is flexible and changing, where we always put the guest experience at the center.

As a person, you are responsible, self-driven, and have a proactive working style. You are curious and forward-leaning with a desire to create, develop, and streamline. You have a holistic view but also a detail-oriented focus with sharp accuracy, structure, and precision in your work; you know how to both develop and follow up on work to achieve the best results. You are a clear requirement setter with straightforward and honest communication while being a team player with the ability to engage and inspire those around you.

You have a degree in finance from a university, college, or vocational school and are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
