About the Position At Middlepoint, we are looking for a new service star to join our team! In this role, you will work at the reception for our client in Kista. As a receptionist in this valuable assignment, you are the face of the company, welcoming visitors and employees. In the role of receptionist, you will deliver world-class service to everyone you meet. 

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Welcoming employees and customers
• Diverse administrative tasks
• Sales of rolls and coffee 
• Mail handling and deliveries
• Switchboard and telephone
• Contact with suppliers

We prefer that you enjoy working in a calmer environment and sometimes appreciate your own company. You will also support your colleagues in other receptions in the area when needed. 

Requirements for the Position

• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Previous experience in service, preferably in an office environment
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite
• Completed high school education

About Employment Employment: Temporary, one-year contract with a chance for extension Employment rate: Full-time Start: Immediately Working hours: Monday to Friday 07:30-16:30
