What does the role of Administrative Coordinator entail?
You will provide administrative support to partners and consultants within the department. Your tasks will include coordinating, preparing documentation, participating in meetings, writing minutes, following up on actions, and ensuring that reports and administrative work run smoothly. You will be part of an administrative team that works closely together.
Your main tasks will include:
- Invoicing and coding of supplier invoices and travel expenses
- Preparation of materials for meetings and follow-up on actions and decisions
- Calendar management for partners and group leaders
- Meeting management such as coordinating participation, taking minutes, following up on actions, bookings/orders, and catering
- Support in report and proposal work
- High proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and services
- Responsibility for internal events and activities
- Coordination of travel and related administration
- Support in recruitment processes
- Other administrative and coordinating tasks
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who has worked administratively for 3-5 years, preferably in a role as a coordinator, assistant, administrator, or project manager. A post-secondary education is an advantage.
However, the most important thing is your personality, and we see that you are an unpretentious person who loves to provide high-quality service to your colleagues, always staying one step ahead and willing to go the extra mile.
To thrive in this role, you need to enjoy working proactively, coordinating many different tasks, and being flexible. You can prioritize and re-prioritize when changes occur in daily life.
The work also requires that you are meticulous, have good organizational skills, and work solution-oriented.
We see that you have very good IT skills and that you are comfortable working in various systems. We also want you to communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written, and to express yourself well in English.

This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting six months with very good chances of permanent employment at PwC. The start date is as soon as possible, but the most important thing is to find the right person. You will be employed by us at OnePartnerGroup and will spend your working days at PwC, at their headquarters at Torsgatan 21 in Stockholm. You will be based at the office, and there is of course some flexibility.
