In this role, you will combine strategic leadership with operational excellence while working closely with management and influencing the organization's success.

What you will do:

• Strategic Leadership: Design and implement HR strategies that support business goals and foster a high-performance culture.
• Partnership with Leaders: Coach and support managers in driving successful HR initiatives and developing the organization.
• Talent Management: Lead processes such as succession planning, workforce planning, and skills development.
• Data-driven HR: Analyze key metrics and trends to create insight-driven solutions and decisions.
• Drive Change: Enhance diversity and inclusion and lead change initiatives focused on engagement and success.

What we are looking for in you:

• Proven experience in strategic HR work within complex and matrix organizations.
• Deep knowledge of labor law, change management, and organizational design.
• A skilled coach and advisor who builds trust and influences at all levels.
• Analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisions and changes.
• Experience from digital, technology, or entertainment sectors is a plus.
