Our client in Linköping is looking for a support and operations technician who wants to contribute by developing and managing IT solutions. Responsibilities

In the role of technician in operations, management, and support, you will work daily to provide first- and/or second-line support, manage incidents, and maintain ongoing contact with users. You will participate in management meetings, handle any escalations, and be responsible for keeping documentation up to date. You will be part of a team that works with the development and management of applications used in various support functions, focusing on technical solutions, daily operations, efficiency, and close collaboration with both customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

Experience in IT and customer-facing work

Good communication skills

Fluent in Swedish and able to express yourself well in spoken and written English

Ability and interest in learning

Desirable

Experience in application management

Experience in user support

Knowledge of agile working methods

Familiarity with ITIL

Conditions

Location: Linköping Workplace: On-site Employment rate: Full-time Employment form: Fixed-term employment, starting 2025-11-01 until 2026-10-31. Possibility of extension.
