We are now looking for a coordinator who wants to be part of our dedicated team. We have units around Stockholm (Farsta, Täby, Sollentuna, Solna, Upplands Väsby, Bromma, and Inner City) and this position will be stationed at one of these locations. We warmly welcome your application!

About the role

As a coordinator, you play a key role in our operations. You are responsible for planning and coordinating efforts to ensure that patients receive the right care at the right time and that our employees have good conditions in their work. Your main tasks include:

• Planning patient visits and staff in the planning system Epsilon.
• Ensuring continuity of care and good distribution of work.
• Other administration, such as answering the office phone, handling orders, supplies, keys, and vehicles.
• Collaboration with the administrative team and our clinical staff.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience with similar tasks in healthcare.
• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish.
• Has good computer skills.
• Is structured, stress-resistant, flexible, positive, and solution-oriented.
• Has good communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Has a B driver's license.

Previous experience in home healthcare or working with the Epsilon system is an advantage.

Employment conditions

• Employment type: Permanent position, with an initial probationary period of 6 months.
• Scope: Full-time.
• Start date: By agreement.
• Salary: Individual salary setting.
• Collective agreement: Exists.
