Do you want to work in an organization that contributes to sustainable public transport and modern train fleets? We are now looking for a structured and committed Assistant HVK Coordinator for a consulting assignment with a public actor in the railway sector. You will support the management of high-cost components (HVK) – a central part of the operation and maintenance of rail vehicles.

Job Responsibilities

• Register and administer orders of HVK
• Collaborate with internal and external clients to ensure deliveries
• Follow up, finalize, and quality assure orders in the system
• Check the status and placement of HVK in administrative systems
• Assist with customs administration
• Support the regular HVK Coordinator with ongoing administrative tasks

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in administrative and coordinating work
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Preferred Experience

• Knowledge of rail vehicles and components
• Experience in logistical administration
• Familiarity with Public 360, the FORD system, or customs handling
