Description We are looking for a Support and Operations Technician for an exciting consulting assignment with an international industrial client. The role means that you will be an important part of an IT team responsible for the operation, management, and development of the company's SharePoint solutions. Here you will have the opportunity to work closely with both users and internal functions in an environment characterized by innovation, collaboration, and continuous development.

The assignment is suitable for you who are at the beginning of your IT career, enjoy customer-facing work, and want to continue developing in a technical role where structure, responsibility, and collaboration are central.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second line support and manage incidents.

• Be the contact person for users and handle escalations as needed.

• Participate in management meetings and contribute with solution proposals.

• Update and maintain documentation.

• Collaborate with colleagues, customers, and suppliers to ensure high quality in deliveries.

Qualifications Must-have:

• At least 2 years of experience in IT and customer-facing work.

• Good communication skills.

• Fluent in Swedish and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.

• Able and interested in learning new systems and processes.

Desirable:

• Experience in application management or user support.

• Knowledge of agile working methods.

• Experience with ITIL processes.

Conditions Start: By agreement Duration: 12 months, with the possibility of extension Scope: Full-time, 40 hours/week Location: Linköping, on-site

As the assignment is security classified, the client will conduct a security review that must be approved before access.

This is a consulting assignment. You will be employed by us and leased to the client.
