Here, you will be responsible for supporting recruiting managers and together delivering a world-class candidate experience. In addition to ongoing recruitment, we proactively work with events, employer branding, and commissioned training. In short, there is much exciting to discover! 

If you are passionate about working with all steps of the recruitment process and finding opportunities together, you might be the one we are looking for - We are currently offering a 6-month temporary position starting immediately. 

Your next challenge As part of our recruitment team (temporary position), you will take a natural place in the team and contribute based on your experience. We are a small and close-knit team with a common mission where each individual task contributes to the overall goal. We work closely with the business, which means that travel may occur, both to conduct events and support our residential offices.

In this role, you will primarily work on:

• Recruiting and attracting primarily real estate agents and assistant agents
• Working competency-based and conducting tests
• Planning and executing recruitment activities
• Recruiting for commissioned training
• Proactively supporting recruiting managers in the organization
• Contributing to the development of materials and content 
• Collaborating closely with the marketing department and business area managers

As a natural part of your work, you will create good relationships both internally and externally. Of course, you will also help develop our processes and recruitment work based on your previous experiences and ideas to maintain and continuously improve the candidate experience with us.

More about you In this role, we are looking for someone with a burning interest in recruitment and a genuine interest in creating fantastic teams. We believe you have previous experience working with the entire recruitment process and enjoy the tasks that the role entails. As a person, we believe you are structured and responsible and enjoy working in a role with many points of contact where you can be helpful in both big and small matters.

To succeed in the role, we believe you have:

- Previous experience working with recruitment

- Proficient knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

We consider it an advantage if you have:

- Experience working with customer relations

- Experience working in Teamtailor or similar recruitment tools

- Experience working with psychometric tests

If you also have previous experience working competency-based in the recruitment process, you will recognize our way of working.
