On behalf of our client, we are looking for 6 experienced documentation specialists who want to take a central role in quality assurance and coordination of documentation flows within large technical projects.

In this role, you will be a key player between projects and management, ensuring that important documentation is handled correctly, efficiently, and with the highest data quality. You will have the opportunity to combine strategic process work with hands-on documentation management in complex project environments.

Your responsibilities:

• Coordinate and quality assure the reception of final documentation from projects to management.

• Develop and follow up delivery plans together with project managers and documentation responsible.

• Conduct checks based on checklists and formal requirements.

• Coordinate and update drawings, technical documents, and documentation in system environments.

• Participate in planning meetings and contribute to the development of processes and routines.

• Be a proactive partner in project startups and identify deficiencies and suggest measures.

-You find it easy to build relationships and collaborate in both small and large groups

Requirements:

• University degree of at least 180 credits in engineering, civil engineering, or equivalent education

• 5–9 years of experience in receiving/handing over documentation (e.g., documentation controls, project administrator, reception coordinator).

• At least 8 years of experience in documentation/information within infrastructure, industry, or construction.

• At least 8 years of experience in technical documentation management, including drawings and technical documents in systems.

• Very good Swedish in speech and writing.

Meritorious:

• Experience in documentation handover related to the energy sector.

• Several years of experience in technical project management 

• Background in a management organization.

• Experience with the IFS system
