In this role, you will be responsible for finding and matching the right candidates for sales assignments and working at a fast pace to deliver results. Experience in recruitment is a requirement and we would also like you to have experience in sales.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in recruitment
• Is social and comfortable talking to people
• Has good communication skills, listens well, and is results-oriented
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently
• Thrives in a fast-paced work environment
