FAST FACTS

Scope: Full-time, two-week rolling schedule, Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00. The second week from 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. Location: Stockholm, Södermalm Start date: Desired start immediately Employment type: Special fixed-term employment. This is a long-term consulting assignment. You will be a consultant through us at Inte Bara Post Bemanning but will work on-site with the client. You will be based at the office, not a hybrid position.

YOUR ROLE

In this role, you will support your colleagues internally with practical tasks that support the daily operations of the office and ensure a smooth working environment. You will be part of the Workplace Experience team, consisting of 7 people, where you will closely collaborate with a colleague in the same role.

Your main tasks include:

• Handling deliveries & shipments
• Organizing and setting up rooms after meetings & events
• Providing information and ensuring space for new employees
• Providing information and ensuring removal for employees who are leaving
• Creating new cards for employees
• Distribution of welcome packages to employees
• Serving and removing catering for meetings (daily service).
• Reporting all operational issues and following up on actions
• Morning and evening rounds in the office
• Checking and organizing conference rooms
• Lighting
• Plants
• Trash, etc.
• Minor repairs of office spaces
• Inventory management of office supplies/purchases
• Removal of recycling

You who apply meet the following requirements:

• Previous experience in a service role
• High school education
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• If you have completed the Construction and Civil Engineering program in high school or similar.
