About the Position At Middlepoint, we are looking for a new service star to join our team! In this role, you will work at the reception for our client, a company located in the heart of Stockholm. As a receptionist in this prestigious assignment, you will work in a social, business-oriented, and international environment where you will have opportunities for development. You will be part of a service team where you, in your role as a receptionist, deliver world-class service to both employees and visitors. Your tasks will include:

  • Welcoming employees and clients
  • Various administrative tasks 
  • Phone and email
  • Managing common areas, conference rooms, and catering
  • Booking meeting and conference rooms
  • Ordering office supplies, lunches, etc.
  • Mail handling and deliveries
  • Ordering transport, taxis
  • Contacting suppliers
  • Working on continuous improvement of the operations

Requirements for the Position

  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Previous experience in service, preferably in an office environment
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Completed high school education

About Employment Employment: Full-time.
