About the role
You will be part of the Operations team in Talent & Growth, which in turn belongs to People. We play a key role in ensuring smooth delivery for the entire Talent & Growth, through administrative support and coordination. In this role, you will work closely with our specialists in Talent, Learning & Development, and Leadership & Growth, becoming an enabler in our common goal of securing the right competence in the right place.
Your main tasks include:
Talent
- Conduct initial CV reviews and screening calls
- Write and publish job ads
- Sourcing and building candidate pipelines
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Manage recruitment administration
Growth
- Support company-wide initiatives and projects (e.g., bookings, updating processes/materials, cultural activities)
- Handle administrative tasks in relevant support systems
- Coordinate and provide support in onboarding and offboarding processes
Who we are looking for
- Student in HR, human resources, behavioral sciences, or similar, with at least 1.5 years left of studies
- Able to work 2 days a week
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Structured, communicative, collaborative, and flexible
- Curious to learn more about recruitment and People processes
Meritorious: If you have an interest in tech or experience related to tech roles, it is a big plus – we would love to introduce you to recruitment processes in this area!
