Are you a payroll expert with experience in Crona Lön and TransPA? We are looking for someone who wants to take responsibility for the payroll process during a temporary position with our client in Arlanda city. Here, you will help ensure that payroll operations run smoothly and accurately in a modern and developing environment!

About the role:

As the payroll manager, you will be responsible for the entire payroll management process, from reporting to payment and reporting to authorities. You will work independently while closely collaborating with the finance department, HR, and managers. The workplace is located in Arlanda city, and you will work in two of the market's leading systems: Crona Lön and TransPA.

Payroll and personnel administration tasks

• Overall responsibility for the payroll process – from time reporting to completed payroll
• Register, check, and process payroll data in Crona Lön and TransPA
• Manage employment contracts, vacation, absence, and other personnel matters
• Ensure that salaries, pensions, and benefits are reported correctly
• Provide support and advice on payroll and system issues to managers and employees
• Contact with authorities, insurance companies, and suppliers
• Ongoing improvement of routines and processes within the payroll area

Your profile – experience with Crona Lön and TransPA is a requirement

• Post-secondary education in payroll, finance, or equivalent experience
• Several years of experience in payroll management, preferably as a payroll manager/payroll administrator
• Very good knowledge of Crona Lön and TransPA
• Good understanding of labor law, collective agreements, and vacation legislation
• Structured, meticulous, and accustomed to working independently towards deadlines
• Good communication skills and enjoy providing service to colleagues
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and basic English

Meritorious for the position of payroll manager in Arlanda city

• Experience in a similar role within transport, logistics, or a related industry
• Worked in a larger organization with complex payroll structures
• Experience conducting internal training or workshops on payroll processes
