Your Role

We are looking for an experienced project controller for a multi-year investment program in the Stockholm region. You will be a key person in the finance function and work closely with program and project management to ensure financial planning, monitoring, and analysis for several parallel projects.

Your Responsibilities

Establish and continuously update budgets and forecasts per project as well as aggregated at the program level. Be responsible for the financial management process and ensure that a common methodology for planning/monitoring is followed. Bookkeeping, coding, and invoice management as well as preparation of materials for status and financial reports. Variance analysis between outcomes, forecasts, and budgets, along with recommendations and action proposals. Staffing plans and financial materials in dialogue with project and program management. Active participation in project/program meetings, risk reporting, and follow-up. Lead financial meetings with designers, contractors, and other suppliers. Work integrated with scope, quality, time, and cost (integrated management).

Qualifications (mandatory)

At least 4 years of academic education (civil engineer, business economist, or equivalent). At least 9 years of documented experience as a Controller focusing on planning, monitoring, and financial analysis. At least 9 years of experience in financial monitoring in larger investment/construction projects. At least 4 years of experience from public administration. At least 4 years of experience working in project form with a project sum of 500 MSEK. Experience in independently leading financial meetings with designers/contractors/suppliers. In the last 3 years: at least 1 year with Agresso/Unit4 and Hypergene or equivalent financial systems.

Desirable Experiences

>3 years with Hypergene. Documented experience in systematic risk reporting, monitoring project risks, and quantifying risk values and financial consequences. Familiarity with program and portfolio reporting in larger investment environments. Experience with Avima/Antura or equivalent project and portfolio tools.

Location

Stockholm area. Combination of on-site at the project office and remote work as agreed (needs-based).

Start: November 3, 2025 End: November 2, 2027 Scope: 100% (40 hours/week) Extension options: up to 1 + 1 + 1 year on unchanged terms
