Seize the opportunity to work in an exciting investment program within public transport where you can contribute to the long-term sustainable development of the Stockholm region. Here, you will be an important part of a team that manages and follows up on large infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Establish and monitor budgets and forecasts for multiple projects
• Participate in the ongoing forecasting work for the entire program
• Ensure compliance with the financial management process
• Prepare documentation and reports in dialogue with project and program management
• Support project managers with accounting, coding, and financial reports
• Analyze and understand deviations between outcomes, forecasts, and budgets
• Participate in project and planning meetings, risk reporting, and construction meetings as needed
• Lead financial meetings with designers, contractors, and suppliers

Qualifications

• Experience in project controlling within larger infrastructure or investment projects
• Good knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and follow-up
• Excellent skills in the Office suite as well as experience with systems such as Agresso, Hypergene, Avima, or Antura
• Ability to analyze financial data and present documentation for decision-making
• Structured, meticulous, and communicative with good collaboration skills
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
