Security Protection Officer at the Riksbank

The Riksbank is now recruiting a Security Protection Officer for the processing of security assessments and background checks. WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US

As a Security Protection Officer, you will work with administrative tasks primarily related to security assessments and follow-up of the Riksbank's security protection. You will be involved in the ongoing work regarding security assessments and follow-up of ongoing background checks. Contacts with various parts of the organization and companies with security protection agreements are an important part of the job. You will also assist the unit with general administrative tasks such as documentation, record-keeping, routine development, and archiving.

YOUR TEAM

The Riksbank's security unit is responsible for information security, physical security, security protection, and personal protection. You will also collaborate with other departments and units at the Riksbank. You will be part of the information security and security protection group, where there is an opportunity to learn and broaden your knowledge in related security areas.

MORE ABOUT YOU

You have a high school diploma, excellent ability to speak and write both Swedish and English, and very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. You have worked for at least 2 years handling background checks, either in a government agency, state-owned company, or on the supplier side.

As a person, you are service-oriented, quality-conscious, and have high integrity. You are motivated by structuring, taking responsibility, and showing results. Being self-driven and taking initiative where needed is natural for you, and you have a good ability to communicate and collaborate.

It is an advantage if you have:

• A post-secondary education in security
• Five years of experience in administrative work

Start date: By agreement
Employment type: Permanent position, probationary employment applies
Location: Head office Stockholm
Working hours: Trust-based working hours
The work is of such a nature that it needs to be performed on-site, and there is no possibility for remote work.

The position may be placed in a security class, and a security assessment including background check, security assessment interview, and special personal investigation will be conducted for the final candidate. For certain positions, there are requirements for Swedish citizenship.
