AB OmsorgsCompagniet in the Nordics has been around since 2003. We are currently established in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Örebro, and Trollhättan. OmsorgsCompagniet in the Nordics consists of personal assistance, respite care, escorting, housing support, and supported living.

We are now looking for on-demand staff for our client in Örebro. The client is a 19-year-old girl who needs help with all care. The client has autism and epilepsy. You need to be able to shadow for a whole week before you start working. More information about the client will be provided during the interview.

The position is a temporary contract from 8/2 to 13/3. Working hours are Monday to Thursday 14:50 - 21:00, where you pick up the client from school and take transportation home. Also Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 - 20:00.

To provide the best assistance to our clients, we believe you should be attentive and have a good understanding of what a good approach means for our clients. You should have a passion for helping others, doing your utmost to ensure the client receives the help they need. You should be responsible and humble, secure in yourself, and you must master the Swedish language. Our clients have different needs, but all require support in their daily lives.
