About Us.

Welcome to a clinic with various professionals working to ensure that children and young people receive the best care in psychiatry. Our clinic is one of the first private ones in Dalarna and is part of Ramsay Sate. 

We are now looking for someone who wants to work closely with the operations manager and take on a team leader role for the administrative team consisting of medical secretaries and receptionists. You will become our administrative expert and relieve the operations manager in everything from gathering information from our systems, ensuring that employees' calendars are booked, introducing new staff, and having good insight and control over our care flows and routines. 

We are in a phase of change, and you who are applying should find it exciting to create new things and support colleagues towards the new. The clinic is switching from the TakeCare journal system to Cosmic, and we will need your help with everything from scheduling, bookings to invitations. You will assist and support your team members in planning meetings, booking venues, food, and anything else that can facilitate for colleagues who meet and take patients.

We are looking for someone who is skilled with computers, learns quickly, and enjoys helping others. If you are a medical secretary, we see it as a merit, but it is not a requirement. For us, personal suitability is more important. You should be proficient in Swedish both spoken and written.
