The Stockholm office has about 20 employees, and the Malmö office has about 20 employees.

We at Asta Agency are collaborating with Rödl & Partner in this recruitment process. The process is conducted through Asta, and you will then be employed directly by Rödl & Partner.

About the Position

In the role of tax lawyer, your main responsibilities will focus on both national corporate tax law issues and cross-border issues as well as corporate acquisitions, as a significant part of the company's focus is on international clients. Since Rödl & Partner is an auditing firm, a portion of your work will also involve advising auditing clients.

The role involves close collaboration with tax lawyers, business lawyers, and auditors. You will be part of a close-knit team with high engagement and job satisfaction that is currently in a growth phase and consists of ten people.

Qualifications and Characteristics

We are looking for someone with solid experience in national corporate taxation and an interest in international taxation, as well as a genuinely service-oriented approach, who wants to work in an organization where the client is the focus. As a person, you are business-oriented as you will need to quickly understand your clients' business in this role. Furthermore, you are unpretentious and pragmatic as your daily work will be highly varied. You will have close collaboration with colleagues in other business areas to meet the client's overall needs.

Additionally, we are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant education, such as a business law degree / Jur. kand / economic education
• Fluent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• At least 10-20 years of relevant work experience in tax law

Preferred:

• Good computer skills
• Interest in international tax law
• Knowledge of German

• Start: By agreement
• Location: Sweden, for the right person, a flexible workplace is offered. You can live anywhere in the country and have the opportunity to work from home most of the time.
• Extent: Full-time, but open to part-time based on agreement
• Salary: By agreement
