About the role

As a business analyst, you will be a key player for our client in the traffic sector. You will have a broad and exciting role where you combine analysis and business development with operational support. You will:

• Drive quantitative analyses that give the IT department better oversight of staffing, finances, and delivery quality.
• Develop processes, routines, and working methods that strengthen the organization.
• Be the hub of the consulting procurement process – from needs to contracts and follow-up.
• Create clear reports and documentation for management and decision-makers.

In short: you contribute both structure and insight – and help the organization become even more efficient and self-sufficient.

We are looking for you who:

To succeed in the role, we see that you are analytical, meticulous, and accustomed to having many points of contact. You thrive in a role where you can take responsibility, develop routines, and at the same time provide operational support to the organization.

You also need to meet the following requirements:

• At least 5 years of documented experience in business development (processes, routines, working methods).
• At least 4 years of experience in setting up and conducting quantitative analyses (statistics and key figures, financial analyses, personnel and resource analyses).
• At least 4 years of experience in compiling, visualizing, and presenting complex analysis results to management groups.
• At least 3 years of experience in developing and following up key figures and reporting results to stakeholders.
