About the assignment: As a business controller at Riksteatern, you will work with business planning, follow-up, and evaluation. You will analyze and systematize data, be responsible for reporting to the Ministry of Culture, the Swedish Arts Council, the CEO, and the board, as well as develop work with statistics and analysis. You will be part of the Finance and Business Support department and work closely with both controllers and other functions within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute the business planning process.

• Be responsible for external reporting to authorities.

• Conduct internal reporting and development work regarding business results.

• System management for analysis and statistics.

• Ensure reporting for the fiscal year 2025 and follow-up work.

Qualifications (requirements):

• A degree in statistics/analysis, economics, or social sciences.

• Several years of experience in analysis, planning, and reporting within public operations, culture, or civil society.

• Experience with statistical methods and analysis in Excel.

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

• Structured, analytical, and self-driven.

Meritorious:

• Experience with Power Query and SQL.

• Knowledge of the cultural sector's infrastructure in Sweden.

• Understanding of popular movements and association development.

Scope and conditions:

• Start: September 29, 2025

• End: February 27, 2026

• Scope: Full-time, generally on-site in Hallunda, Botkyrka.

• Possibility for some remote work (1 day/week) may become available later.

• No possibility for extension.
