We are looking for a driven and meticulous Junior Accountant to join our finance team. About the role In the role of Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for ongoing bookkeeping with a focus on bank transactions, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. You will work closely with our finance team and contribute to monthly and annual financial statements. An important part of the job is to ensure correct and efficient routines in our financial systems, where experience with NAV is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing bookkeeping in the areas of bank, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
• Reconciliations and financial statement compilations in collaboration with the finance department
• Reporting and analysis to support the business's financial decisions
• Actively participate in ongoing improvement and development projects within finance and systems

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in finance
• Practical experience in ongoing bookkeeping, preferably from a medium-sized or larger company
• Good knowledge of the financial system NAV is highly meritorious
• Ability to work accurately and structured, as well as good collaboration skills
• Proactive and flexible with a desire to contribute to continuous improvements

The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period. You will be physically located at the headquarters in central Stockholm. Currently, there is an opportunity to work from home one day a week.
