Business Controller – Stockholm

Are you a sharp analyst who is passionate about making a difference with numbers and insights? As a Business Controller, you will be the brain behind planning, monitoring, and developing the business. You drive processes, produce analyses, and deliver reports that truly make a difference – from management level to the organization's daily operations.

This is the role for you who wants to combine strategic work, deep analysis, and coordination in an exciting environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan and lead the business planning process – from start to finish
• Deliver sharp analyses and reports that strengthen decision-making
• Be responsible for data, statistics, and development work over time
• Manage systems and tools for analysis and statistics
• Complete the reporting for 2025 and contribute to a successful start in 2026

We are looking for someone who

• Has an academic degree in statistics, analysis, economics, or similar
• Has several years of experience in planning, monitoring, and reporting – preferably from the public sector, culture, or civil society
• Is proficient in Excel (and preferably other analysis tools)
• Has excellent analytical skills and is structured in your work
• Is self-driven but also a skilled collaborator
• Writes and communicates fluently in both Swedish and English

Bonus if you also know Power Query, SQL, or have experience from the cultural sector/social movements.
