Responsibilities

The organization is facing a complete review of an important education and certification concept, aimed at creating a modern, efficient, and sustainable structure in preparation for new regulations coming into effect in 2026. The program includes several parallel sub-projects, including educational setups, pedagogy, digital platforms, business models, customer journeys, and follow-ups.

As an interim project manager/program manager, you will play a key role in keeping the overall project together, coordinating resources, and ensuring that the project delivers on time and with high quality.

• Responsible for the overall program and coordinating sub-projects • Plan, follow up, and drive towards milestones and decision points • Lead and coordinate employees, consultants, and reference groups • Set requirements for both internal resources, external suppliers, and technical systems • Communicate and anchor the work internally and externally • Contribute at both strategic and operational levels • Navigate in a complex and partially sensitive stakeholder landscape

Education, experience, and personal qualities

Requirements: • At least 5 years of experience in project management in complex projects • Documented experience in leading and coordinating teams with multiple stakeholders • Ability to combine strategic oversight with operational drive • Experience in change management • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious: • Experience from the energy sector or other regulated industries • Experience with educational or certification concepts • Familiarity with project models and certifications
