About the role as a Sheet Metal Worker at Werksta Bromma – Repair and Bodywork

As a sheet metal worker, you will work with the repair and replacement of body parts on passenger cars, using both modern and traditional methods. You will collaborate with the rest of the team and be responsible for performing quality and safe repairs according to customer and manufacturer requirements. No day is the same with us – you will work with different car brands, but BMW is an extra focus area.

Responsibilities – Body Repairs, Damage Repair, and BMW

• Perform repairs of car body and chassis according to manufacturer instructions
• Replacement and alignment of body parts, assembly and disassembly of various vehicle types
• Quality assurance of completed work and documentation of work processes digitally
• Collaborate with the damage workshop team to ensure quick and professional repairs
• Work according to Werksta's quality and safety procedures
• Participate in internal training and keep updated on the latest sheet metal and automotive technology

Qualifications & Experience – Sheet Metal Worker for BMW and other prestigious brands

• Automotive education in sheet metal work or equivalent work experience
• Experience with BMW is an advantage, but not a requirement – training will be provided if needed
• Good understanding of body repairs, structure, and alignment techniques
• Familiar with working with digital systems and documenting work processes
• High attention to detail and sense of responsibility
• Able to work both independently and in a team
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Driver's license B is a requirement
