Originally, we were a business area within Hero, and today we are part of Capere Competence Group – the group that gathers specialist companies in recruitment. We specialize in interim solutions and executive search in:

• Economics & Finance
• CSRD & sustainability reporting
• HR & Payroll

With us, you will work closely with our founders, Cecilia Enfors Ravelli and Rebecka Hillerström, both of whom have 10+ years of experience in the industry. Here, you get a chance to grow alongside two people who truly know their craft – and have fun along the way.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a whiz at executive search
• Has several years of experience in recruitment and 360-degree client responsibility
• Believes in long-term relationships and quality over quick fixes
• Gets a little extra excited when economics meets IT (system interest = big plus!)
