On behalf of our client, a government authority, we are currently seeking an Informant/Communicator for a consulting assignment. The assignment is full-time and is expected to start on March 1, 2025, and run until February 28, 2026.

To meet the significantly increased demand for electricity and ensure operational reliability, our client is planning renewals of the electricity grid throughout Sweden. This is a prerequisite for electrification, the green transition, and for Sweden to continue developing positively. Effective and tailored communication with those affected by the grid expansion is one of the key factors for successful progress in the projects.

The assignment involves supporting the grid expansion with communication expertise in several projects. The consultant will be part of the unit in our client's communications department that focuses on regional dialogues and communication in the grid expansion. The communicators in the unit have common working methods and collaborate as needed to ensure communication that contributes to project progress and also strengthens our client's brand.

The tasks include:

• Planning and implementing communication that contributes to project progress with a focus on communication to those affected by the projects, directly or indirectly
• Supporting the project's spokespersons and ensuring that external communication maintains a consistent message based on the messages for the grid expansion
• Working closely with program communicators and other project communicators and being part of the unit in the communications department that focuses on communication in the grid expansion and regional communication
• Being both advisory and operational

OtherStart: March 1, 2025End: February 28, 2026Scope: Full-timeLocation: Our client'soffice in Sundbyberg and, if necessary, at project offices/construction offices if available. Remote work can amount to a maximum of 50% of working hours, meaning the consultant must be on-site in Sundbyberg or project offices at least 2-3 days/week. Domestic travel may occur to a limited extent.Background check:A security clearance of the consultant is required for the assignment. The process for establishing a SUA agreement is expected to take about 8 to 10 weeks but can take both longer and shorter. The consultant's assignment cannot begin until this process has been completed and clearance has been given.Employment type: Employed by Devotum as the client does not approve subcontractors in this process.

About youWe are looking for someone who meets the following mandatory requirements:

• Higher education/university degree, at least a bachelor's degree, in media and communication studies, behavioral science, or journalism
• At least 5 years of work experience in communication in projects/activities affecting the public (reporter/news journalist does not meet this requirement)
• At least 5 years of work experience in independently driving, planning, and implementing target group-adapted communication and contact-creating communication activities
• Experience working independently with the web publishing tool EpiServer
• Experience working independently with the Adobe CS package
• The consultant must speak and write Swedish and English fluently

It is meritorious if you also meet the following requirements:

• At least 1 year of work experience in a government agency and/or in another public sector
• At least 1 year of work experience in adapting content for digital channels
