We are now looking for employees for Sweden's best customer service department!

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL INVOLVE

At JYSK Customer Service Center, you will handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, chats, and social media. You put the customer first and deliver a fantastic customer experience.

  • You will talk to and assist our customers across all our channels.
  • You will handle customer issues, resolve them, and prevent them from happening again.
  • You will provide professional advice and create solutions for the customer.
  • You will be part of a sales organization and work towards set sales targets.

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

  • Empathy. You enjoy actively listening to customers and supporting them.
  • Solution-focused. You understand the customer's needs and make them satisfied.
  • Sales enthusiasm. You love sales, see new needs, and create comprehensive solutions.
  • Ability to make quick decisions.

To succeed in this role, you need to be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and be comfortable with digital tools.

The position involves working on weekends. Our customer service center is open Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00 and 09:00-16:00 on weekends.
